Brando Shoes has launched their Spring Summer 2014 campaign with some of Australia’s most recognisable sporting personalities making an appearance. Australian of the year Adam Goodes (AFL), Brownlow Medallist Jimmy Bartel (AFL) and funny-man Beau Ryan (NRL) are all ambassadors for the brands latest collection.
The campaign was shot in the luxurious Ivy Penthouse, with photographer Pierre Toussaint capturing the three men wearing Brando’s new collection. Inspired by the streets of Florence, Brando’s suave wares bring European elegance to the antipodeans wardrobe.
Speaking of his involvement with the Brando Collective, Goodes said that he is “thrilled” to be working with such an established Australian brand, “it’s not everyday you get to hang out with two footy legends and play dress-ups. The images look great, I scrubbed up okay!”
Also participating in the Brando Collective is AFL pin-up Jimmy Bartel who was happy to suit up and have a bit of fun with “great mate” Goodes and funny-man Beau Ryan who provided “lots of laughs during the day!”
Calling his fellow Brando Collective mates “absolute gentlemen”, Beau Ryan enjoyed his day on set with Goodes and Bartel. As Beau looks toward a post-NRL career, he will undoubtedly be adding some more dapper pieces to his wardrobe, “I love to dress to impress. The Brando shoes are awesome – my favourite would have to be the brown leather lace-up. It’s classic!”
