Maison Mumm Marquee // Derby Day 2015

France’s avant-garde champagne house, Maison Mumm, took the birdcage by storm today, on the first day of the 2015 Melbourne Cup Carnival. As the Official Champagne of the Melbourne Cup Carnival for the sixth year in a row, Maison Mumm attracted Australia’s social set to the birdcage and played host to a series of exclusive VIP experiences.

Melissa Rivers, Brad Goreski and Lindy Klim were spotted sampling Maison Mumm’s Collection du Chef de Caves, a rare selection of champagne that features the celebrated Mumm Cordon Rouge Millésimes of 1985, 1990 and 1996 of which there are only a limited number of bottles available in the world.

Known for the best après ski celebrations in the world, La Folie Douce entertained the crowed with singers, dancers, DJ, guitarist and saxophonist in a mix of cabaret and street theatre performances.

Celebrity guests seen lapping up the High Altitude luxury and sipping unltimited Mumm Champagne included The Bachelor’s Anna Heinrich & Tim Robards, TV personalities Kerri-Anne & John Kennerley, Harper & Harley blogger Sara Donaldson, Friend in Fashion Blogger Jasmin Howell, General Pants designer Pip Edwards, socialite Francesca Packer and model Annabella Barber.
